Objective
Explore how a hospital reporting dashboard could organize monthly activity and make review easier. This is a design demonstration, not a completed client dashboard. ## Approach Use a consistent monthly input structure, check missing values, and separate data entry from the summary view. The illustration uses fictional values only. ## Demonstration preview The image above is an original interface illustration. It is not a screenshot of a deployed system. No patient information or workplace data is included. ## Results No operational outcomes have been measured. A functional spreadsheet and validation with synthetic test cases are future development steps.
